How good is the delivery?

At Silvertrophy.com we take the greatest care with your order and this includes delivering it to your door safely and on time.

  • Silvertrophy.com is now proud to offer free delivery on orders over £200 - UK Mainland Only.
  • No matter how large your order you only pay one UK delivery charge of £8.99 if your order is under £200
  • Arrives the next working day after we send it out via insured courier.
  • DPD (formerly Parceline) - one of the UK's best couriers.
  • Signed for on delivery - we can see who received it if there is a problem.
  • We over pack your products for protection - expect a BIG box!
  • We pack with chippings, therfore all goods are well protected. Have too many chippings at home? These actually disintegrate in water!

Delivery terms, times and conditions

Delivery will be made during business hours. Silvertrophy.com will send you an email with the hour time-frame of when DPD will deliver your parcel.

Please note: Silvertrophy.com does not hold any stock in our registered premises. Therefore we are sorry but we cannot offer a collection service.


Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all plain stock orders same day (cut off time 3.30pm), engraved orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Delivery will be made by DPD, and the parcel will need to be signed for upon delivery.
We over pack your products for protection - so please expect a big box!

Pre-12pm Delivery

Engraved or plain stock orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched from us the same day, with a guaranteed delivery time next day before 12pm.
All orders placed after 2pm will be engraved the following day and dispatched that day on a guaranteed delivery next day before 12pm.
Delivery will be made by DPD, and the parcel will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Please Note: This Pre-12pm Guaranteed Delivery is for UK Mainland customers only.

Europe & USA

If your delivery address is in Europe or the USA we aim to manufacture and deliver your purchases within 2 working days of ordering. However most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. If its urgent and out of the UK, give us a call to let us know your deadlines. Please note: It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for the taxes and duties of goods entering your country.

Other Countries

All other countries within 7 working days.


All orders from Silvertrophy.com are dispatched using the DPD service. DPD collect our despatches each evening ensuring a rapid and reliable service. Overseas orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS on the Priority Service.

All purchases from silvertrophy.com are specially packed to protect them from damage. A double layer carton and plenty of padding protects your purchases.


Silvertrophy.com makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times by using accredited couriers, however we cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer. Deliveries are made by third parties and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to keep you informed if any unexpected delay were to arise. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer. All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If there is no one at the delivery address during those hours, this may delay the delivery of your order.


We understand that on some occasions Trophies & Awards may not be required anymore - not to worry.

Please send an urgent email to sales@silvertrophy.com - within 14 days of your order confirmation.

Due to having over 1000 Awards and Trophies handmade - all of the Trophies and Awards we receive back will have to be inspected. Especially if they are Silver Plated or Nickel Plated Awards. Unfortauntely, if there are any finger marks, scratches etc. this means the Trophy will have to go back to the manufacturer for re-furbishment which means you could incuur up to a 40% re-stocking charge. If they are not be able to re-sell the Award or Trophy because the Marks and scratches are too deep, unfortauntely we will not be able to credit you. Please be aware that is down the manufacturers judgement. Please take this into consideration. We take great pride in our Awards, and we will not pass any that have any marks or scratches.

Unfortunately we are un-able to credit or accept Engraved/Personalised Awards or Trophies - only plain stock.

If no refurbishment needs to take place, we will be more than happy to refund the total goods amount to your orginial payment method.

Important When entering your BFPO address, the postcode must be entered as HA4 6DQ in order for your parcel to be delivered to the British Forces Post Office who will then forward the package to the BFPO address you specify.

VAT is charged at the current UK rate as we are shipping the goods directly to you.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for the taxes and duties of goods entering your country.

If goods are being ordered from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. Silvertrophy.com is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes, Silvertrophy.com is not responsible for damages that are caused by customs inspection.
