How good is the delivery?

At Silvertrophy.com we take the greatest care with your order and this includes delivering it to your door safely and on time.

• No matter how large your order you only pay one UK delivery charge of £8.99.
• Arrives the next working day after we send it out via insured courier.
• DPD (formerly Parceline) - one of the UK's best couriers.
• Signed for on delivery - we can see who received it if there is a problem.
• We over pack your products for protection - expect a BIG box!
• We pack with top quality Air Bags and not chips or paper strips.

Delivery terms, times and conditions

Delivery will be made during business hours. Unfortunately we are not able to specify the exact time or date for your delivery. The parcel will need to be signed for and cannot be left on the doorstep.

UK

If your delivery address is in the UK we aim to manufacture and deliver your purchases within 5 working days of ordering. However most orders are delivered within 3 working days.

Europe & USA

If your delivery address is in Europe or the USA we aim to manufacture and deliver your purchases within 5 working days of ordering. However most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. If its urgent and out of the UK, give us a call to let us know your deadlines.

Other Countries

All other countries within 7 working days.

Courier

All orders from Silvertrophy.com are despatched using the DPD service. DPD collect our despatches each evening ensuring a rapid and reliable service. Overseas orders are shipped using the FedEx International Priority Service.

Silvertrophy.com are not in any way associated with, sponsored by or affiliated to DPD or FedEx.

Packaging

All purchases from silvertrophy.com are specially packed to protect them from damage. A double layer carton and plenty of padding protects your purchases.

Delivery

Silvertrophy.com makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times by using accredited couriers, however we cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer. Deliveries are made by third parties and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to keep you informed if any unexpected delay were to arise. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer. All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If there is no one at the delivery address during those hours, this may delay the delivery of your order.

BFPO Addresses

We also ship to BFPO addresses. BFPO addresses must be entered into the fields in our online order form in as shown below.

Important
When entering your BFPO address, the postcode must be entered as HA4 6DQ in order for your parcel to be delivered to the British Forces Post Office who will then forward the package to the BFPO address you specify.

VAT is charged at the current UK rate as we are not shipping the goods directly to you.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
