Once your engraving details have been decided upon and laid down by our team we email you a proof for a final check. Only when you are 100% happy do we proceed with the engraving.
After engraving, your awards are then checked for quality by two separate people before going on to the packing department for dispatch.
We take care in the packing of your awards using multiple layers of boxes with ‘air-bags’ rather than messy polystyrenes chips. All of our dispatches go out on a next day insured courier. They are delivered within business hours and a signature will be required.
